Mastermill VX Range The Mastermill is a high performance tool in stainless steel, titanium and nickel alloys. The VX coating has been engineered to provide exceptional tool life due to multi-layer coating. With incredibly impressive test results against competitors, the Mastermill stands as one of Europa Tools strongest tools.
Pulsar The Pulsar cutter is nano grain carbide designed specifically for use in dry cutting conditions. It is designed for machining up to 60HRC. Tool recommended for use on tool steels, alloy steels, mould steels and hardened materials.
Pulsar Blue Designed for machining hardened materials up to 70HRC. Nano grain carbide with heat resistant coating gives the Pulsar blue cutter increased tool life. It is also suitable for dry cutting and high speed cutting.
Pulsar DMX Designed for high speed cutting of pre hardened steels up to HRC55. Micro grain carbide substrate for increased toughness and hardness. Pulsar DMX high performance coating boasts increased tool life in dry machining and high speed applications. The exceptional coating and new geometry give outstanding cutting ability and wear resistance.
HX2 - Multi Helix Milling Powder metallurgy end mills and roughing end mills that are highly recommended for use on steel and stainless steels. The sabre coating offers increased wear resistance at high speed machining.
Sabre Roughers / Rippers Powder metallurgy end mills and roughing end mills that are highly recommended for use on steel and stainless steels. The sabre coating offers increased wear resistance at high speed machining.
Standard K30/General Puropse Carbide Standard carbide slot drills, end mills and roughing end mills designed for general purpose. Can be offered with TIALN coating for increased tool life and wear resistance.
Standard Cobalt Cutters The cutters in this section are your first choice for milling if you have a machine with low spindle speeds (approx 2500RPM or less). If you have an old Bridgeport or hobbyist machine these cutters will: run far better at lower speeds; be less prone to chipping (than carbide); and are much more affordable. Our Cobalt cutters are recommended for use on Steels and Aluminium.
Application Form Cutters Our range of cobalt form cutters include corner rounding, t-slot, dovetail and woodruff cutters. Supplied on a Weldon shank and recommended for use on steels, cast irons and aluminium.
